Data & Privacy settings put you in charge of your own data. Choose what you share, download a full copy of your data, and delete your account when you want to leave.

Turn analytics on or off

WISEPIM data & privacy settings, analytics consent, personal-data export and account deletion WISEPIM collects anonymous usage data to improve the platform. You can opt out whenever you like. Find the Usage analytics toggle and switch it off to stop sharing this data.
Switching analytics off stops new data collection right away. It does not remove data collected before then.

Export your personal data

Download a complete copy of everything WISEPIM holds about you. Use it as a personal backup or to meet a data portability request.

Open Data & Privacy

Go to Settings > Data & Privacy.

Click Export

In the Export personal data section, click Export.

Check your inbox

WISEPIM prepares your file and emails a download link to your registered address.
Your export includes your profile information, project data, and activity history.

Delete your account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will find it in the Danger Zone at the bottom of the page.
Deleting your account removes your account, all your projects, and all related data for good. Export your data first if you want a copy.

Click Delete

In the Danger Zone, click Delete.

Confirm

A confirmation window opens. Type DELETE in capitals to confirm.

Finish

Click Delete my account. You will get a confirmation email.
