Export destinations
- E-commerce platforms — Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Lightspeed
- File formats — CSV and Excel
- Other systems — WebshopImporter, Kaufland
Selecting what to export
You have three options:| Method | How |
|---|---|
| Selected products | Check the boxes next to specific products, then click Export |
| Filtered products | Apply filters to narrow your catalog, then export all matching results |
| All products | Don’t select anything — the export covers your entire catalog |

Exporting to a platform
Pick your destination
Choose the platform you want to push to. Only connected integrations are shown.
Exports run in the background. You can keep working while your products are being pushed — check the Process Tracker for status updates.
File export
If you need your data as a file — for backup, migration, or use in another system:- Click Export from the toolbar
- Choose CSV or Excel
- The file generates and downloads automatically
How long does it take?
Export speed depends on catalog size and your platform’s API rate limits. Each platform throttles requests differently, so times can vary.| Catalog size | File export | Platform export |
|---|---|---|
| Under 100 products | A few seconds | Under a minute |
| 100–1,000 products | Under a minute | 5–15 minutes |
| 1,000–10,000 products | A few minutes | 15 minutes – 1 hour |
| 10,000–50,000 products | A few minutes | 1–4 hours |
File exports (CSV/Excel) are fast because there’s no API rate limiting involved. Platform exports depend on how quickly the target platform accepts requests — Shopify, Magento, and WooCommerce all have different rate limits.
After exporting
- Verify on your platform — Log into your store and spot-check a few products
- Check your storefront — Make sure products display correctly to customers
- Review categories — Confirm category assignments carried over
Troubleshooting
Export not starting
- Verify your integration is connected on the Integrations page
- Re-test the connection — API credentials may have expired
- Check that your API user has write permissions
Platform-specific issues
- Shopify — Check API permissions and rate limits
- WooCommerce — Verify REST API is enabled with write access
- Magento — Confirm your API user has product create/update permissions
File download not working
- Check your browser’s download settings and popup blocker
- Try a different browser
- For large catalogs, give it a moment — the file needs to generate first
