Get an API key

In the WISEPIM app, open Settings > API Access and click Create API key (project owners and admins). Choose the permissions the integration needs; the key is shown once. How keys work.

Make the first call

The response names the project the key is bound to and the scopes it carries.

Read the reference

The API reference covers paging, errors, rate limits and every endpoint with a playground. Import the OpenAPI spec into Postman, Insomnia or a code generator.

Test without touching live data

There is no separate sandbox host. Create a separate project for development, fill it with a sample of your catalog, and create keys bound to that project. A key can never reach another project, so nothing your code does there can touch the catalog your live channels read from. See Test safely.

Webhooks

WISEPIM does not send outbound event webhooks yet. For change detection, poll GET /products?updated_since=<ISO-8601> on a schedule. For notifications from inside WISEPIM, an automation can post a JSON message to a URL you choose with its Send Notification step, and an automation with a Webhook Trigger gets its own URL your systems can call to start a run.
