- Cancelling: self-serve plans have no lock-in. A monthly plan can be cancelled anytime and keeps access until the end of the billing period; an annual plan runs until the end of the paid year and cancelling stops the renewal. A reminder is sent before renewal.
- Refunds: none. Try the Free plan with real products first.
- Outgrowing a tier: you are told when you approach the limit; going slightly over temporarily does not lock you out or add charges.
- Downgrading: if the catalog shrinks, the price adjusts at the next billing cycle.
- Your data after cancelling: export everything before access ends; data is kept for 30 days, then permanently deleted. Product data is never used to train AI models and never shared with third parties.
- API access is listed from the Scale plan. The API Access page in the app shows a locked preview on plans that do not include it.
