- No account, no login. Reading the documentation never requires an account, and the site does not ask you for personal data.
- Hosting. The site is built with Mintlify and served through its hosting on Vercel and Cloudflare. Like any web server, they process technical data needed to deliver pages, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, in server logs and for security.
- Analytics. The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and searched for, so we know what to improve. Analytics records usage, such as pages viewed and approximate location derived from your IP address, not what you type.
- Search and “Ask AI”. Searching the docs and the page context menu that opens a page in ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity are provided by Mintlify; a question you type into those external assistants is processed by that assistant under its own terms. The Ask WISEPIM AI option opens the chat on wisepim.com, which is covered by the full privacy policy.
- Preferences. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your own browser so the site remembers it.
Machine readers
The docs are deliberately open to AI agents and crawlers:robots.txt allows indexing and AI use, and the site publishes llms.txt, markdown versions of every page and an MCP server. None of that involves personal data; it is the published documentation only.
