Assign or remove volume discount rules across multiple products. Volume discounts give customers tiered pricing when they buy larger quantities.

How to use it

Select products

Check the products you want to update, or use filters and select all matching results.

Open Bulk Edit and choose Apply Volume Discounts

Click Bulk Edit, then search for “Volume Discounts” or find it under Pricing & Discounts.

Choose the operation

Select Assign, Remove, or Replace volume discount rules.

Select discount rules

Pick from your available volume discount rules. Each rule shows its status, tier count, and minimum quantity.

Apply

Click Apply to update the selected products.

Configuration options

Each volume discount rule displays:
  • Status — Active or Inactive
  • Tier count — Number of pricing tiers
  • Minimum quantity — The lowest quantity threshold

Tips

  • Use Replace when switching products from one discount structure to another — it clears existing rules first.
  • The compatibility check prevents you from assigning discounts that conflict with existing pricing rules on a product.
  • Volume discount rules are configured separately — this action only assigns or removes them from products.
