Your Analytics Hub

The Analytics section in WISEPIM gives you a centralized view of your e-commerce performance. From revenue trends and conversion rates to product-level insights and customer behavior, you can monitor everything that matters to your business in one place. When you open the Analytics Hub, you see a high-level summary of your key metrics — total revenue, orders, conversion rate, and average order value — with sparkline charts that show trends at a glance.
Analytics data is pulled from your connected e-commerce platforms. Make sure you have at least one platform integration configured to see real data.

Key Metrics at a Glance

The Analytics Hub displays four hero metric cards at the top of the page:
  • Total Revenue — Your overall revenue with a trend sparkline and period-over-period change percentage.
  • Orders — Total order count with visual trend data.
  • Conversion Rate — The percentage of sessions that result in a purchase.
  • Average Order Value (AOV) — Revenue divided by order count, helping you understand purchasing patterns.
Each metric shows a comparison against the previous period so you can quickly tell whether performance is improving or declining.
Use the time range selector in the page header to switch between 7-day, 30-day, 90-day, and 12-month views. The comparison period adjusts automatically.

Performance Overview Chart

Below the hero metrics, a larger interactive chart lets you toggle between Revenue and Orders to visualize trends over your selected time range. Hover over data points to see exact values for any given day.
