Accessing Settings

To open Settings, click the gear icon in the sidebar or navigate to /settings in your browser. You will land on the Settings hub — a visual dashboard that organizes every option into clearly labeled cards.

Personal Settings

Personal settings apply to your own account and follow you across every project you work on.

Project Settings

Project settings only appear when you have an active project selected. They control how that specific project behaves. Project-level options include General project details, Import and Export configuration, Product Templates, Product Views, Content Logic, Integrations, Product Lifecycle, Workflows, Data Quality, and Team & Permissions.
Project settings are scoped to the currently selected project. Switching projects will show a different set of values.

How the Settings Hub Works

The hub is divided into two sections:
1

Personal section

Always visible. Contains six cards for your account-level preferences.
2

Project section

Only visible when you have a project selected. Contains cards for project-specific configuration such as import rules, export formats, and team management.
Click any card to navigate directly to that settings page. Each page includes a save bar at the bottom that appears when you have unsaved changes, letting you save or undo your edits.
Use the sidebar navigation on the left to jump between settings pages without returning to the hub.
