Overview

The Data & Privacy settings page puts you in control of your data. You can manage analytics preferences, request a full export of your personal data, and — if needed — permanently delete your account.

Analytics

WISEPIM collects anonymous usage data to help improve the platform. You can opt out at any time.
  • Usage Analytics — toggle this switch to enable or disable anonymous usage data collection.
When analytics are disabled, WISEPIM stops collecting usage data immediately. This does not affect any data that was previously collected.

Exporting Your Personal Data

You can request a complete export of all personal data WISEPIM holds about you.

Navigate to Data & Privacy

Go to Settings > Data & Privacy.

Click Export

In the Export Personal Data section, click the Export button.

Wait for the email

WISEPIM will prepare your data and send a download link to your registered email address when it is ready.
Data exports include your profile information, project data, and activity history. Use this feature to keep a personal backup or to fulfill a data portability request.

Deleting Your Account

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. This is located in the Danger Zone section of the page.

Click Delete

In the Danger Zone section, click the Delete button.

Confirm the action

A confirmation modal appears. Type DELETE (in all caps) in the text field to confirm.

Submit

Click Delete My Account to finalize. You will receive a confirmation email.
Deleting your account permanently removes your account, all your projects, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone. Make sure to export your data first if you need a copy.

GDPR Compliance

WISEPIM supports your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
  • Right to access — use the data export feature to download all personal data held about you.
  • Right to erasure — use account deletion to permanently remove your data.
  • Right to object — disable usage analytics to stop data collection.
