Overview

The Security settings page helps you keep your WISEPIM account safe. Change your password, review active sessions, and stay informed about upcoming security features.

Changing Your Password

1

Enter your current password

Type your existing password in the Current Password field. Use the eye icon to toggle password visibility.
2

Choose a new password

Enter your new password in the New Password field. It must be at least 8 characters long.
3

Confirm the new password

Re-enter the new password in the Confirm New Password field. Both entries must match.
4

Save

Click Save in the save bar at the bottom of the page to apply your new password.
Use a strong, unique password that combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Consider using a password manager.
If you forget your current password, use the “Forgot password” flow on the login page to reset it.

Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra verification step when you sign in, making your account significantly more secure.
Two-factor authentication is coming soon. Once available, you will be able to enable 2FA using an authenticator app.

API Keys

API keys let you connect external tools and services to WISEPIM programmatically.
API key management is coming soon. You will be able to create, revoke, and manage API keys from this section.

Active Sessions

The Active Sessions section shows your currently logged-in sessions. You can see:
  • Device type — the device you are logged in from
  • Status — whether the session is currently active
This helps you verify that no unauthorized sessions are active on your account.

Security Best Practices

  • Change your password regularly, especially if you suspect it may have been compromised.
  • Never share your login credentials with others.
  • Log out from shared or public devices when you are done.
  • Enable two-factor authentication as soon as it becomes available.
  • Review your active sessions periodically to spot any unfamiliar devices.
