Overview

The Notifications settings page lets you fine-tune every aspect of how WISEPIM communicates with you. Configure delivery channels, adjust sound volume, enable Do Not Disturb mode, and toggle individual notification types.

General Notification Controls

Sound Notifications

Toggle sound notifications on or off. When enabled, a volume slider appears so you can set the sound level from 0 to 100.

Email Notifications

Enable this to receive notification emails at your registered email address. Useful for staying informed when you are not actively using WISEPIM.

Browser Notifications

Enable browser push notifications to receive alerts even when WISEPIM is running in a background tab.
1

Toggle the switch on

If you have not previously granted permission, your browser will prompt you to allow notifications.
2

Grant permission

Click Allow in the browser prompt. The permission status is displayed below the toggle (granted, denied, or not yet requested).
If browser notifications show as “Blocked”, you need to update permissions in your browser settings. WISEPIM cannot override a previously denied permission.

Do Not Disturb

Enable Do Not Disturb to temporarily suppress all notifications. This is useful during focused work sessions. All notification types are paused until you turn this off.

Notification Types

You can individually enable or disable each notification type:

All notification types are enabled by default. Disable the ones you do not need to keep your notification feed focused.

Saving Your Preferences

A save bar appears at the bottom of the page when you have unsaved changes. Click Save to persist your notification preferences to the server, or Undo to revert to the last saved state.
Your notification settings are stored on the server and will follow you across devices and browsers.
