Overview
The Billing settings page gives you a clear view of your current subscription and a direct link to manage it. You can see your plan, billing cycle, renewal date, and subscription status at a glance.Subscription Overview
At the top of the page you will find a summary card showing:- Current Plan — your active plan name (e.g., Free, Pro, Business)
- Billing Period — whether you are on a monthly or annual cycle
- Subscription Status — your current status badge
- Next Billing Date — when your next payment or renewal is scheduled
Subscription Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Your subscription is running and will renew automatically |
| Trialing | You are on a free trial period |
| Cancelling | Your subscription is set to end at the current period |
| Canceled | Your subscription has ended |
| Past Due | A payment has failed and needs attention |
| Paused | Your subscription is temporarily paused |
Managing Your Subscription
Click the Update subscription (or Manage subscription if cancelling) button to open the Stripe billing portal. From there you can:- Change your plan or billing period
- Update your payment method (credit card, etc.)
- View past invoices and payment history
- Reactivate a cancelled subscription
- Cancel your subscription
Subscription management is handled securely through Stripe. WISEPIM does not store your full payment details.
