Overview

The Billing settings page gives you a clear view of your current subscription and a direct link to manage it. You can see your plan, billing cycle, renewal date, and subscription status at a glance.

Subscription Overview

At the top of the page you will find a summary card showing:
  • Current Plan — your active plan name (e.g., Free, Pro, Business)
  • Billing Period — whether you are on a monthly or annual cycle
  • Subscription Status — your current status badge
  • Next Billing Date — when your next payment or renewal is scheduled

Subscription Statuses

StatusMeaning
ActiveYour subscription is running and will renew automatically
TrialingYou are on a free trial period
CancellingYour subscription is set to end at the current period
CanceledYour subscription has ended
Past DueA payment has failed and needs attention
PausedYour subscription is temporarily paused
If your status shows Past Due, update your payment method as soon as possible to avoid losing access to premium features.

Managing Your Subscription

Click the Update subscription (or Manage subscription if cancelling) button to open the Stripe billing portal. From there you can:
  • Change your plan or billing period
  • Update your payment method (credit card, etc.)
  • View past invoices and payment history
  • Reactivate a cancelled subscription
  • Cancel your subscription
Subscription management is handled securely through Stripe. WISEPIM does not store your full payment details.

Upgrading Your Plan

Open Billing settings

Navigate to Settings > Billing.

Click Update subscription

This opens the Stripe billing portal in a new tab.

Select your new plan

Choose the plan and billing period that fits your needs.

Confirm payment

Enter or confirm your payment details and complete the upgrade.
Choosing an annual billing period typically saves you money compared to paying monthly.
