Templates are pre-built automation workflows you can use as a starting point. Browse the template library, find one that matches your needs, and customize it for your setup.
Templates come with all nodes pre-configured and connected. After applying a template, you just need to adjust the specific settings for your integrations (e.g., which Shopify store to connect to, which AI prompt to use).

Browsing Templates

Navigate to Automations and click Templates to open the template library. Use the search bar to find templates by name, description, or tags. For example, searching for “Shopify” shows all templates that involve Shopify integration.

Filter by Category

Templates are organized into five categories:

Exports

Backups, reports, and publishing to sales channels. Includes weekly backups, monthly accounting reports, and multi-channel publishing.

Data Sync

Platform migrations and integrations. Includes supplier imports, Magento-to-Shopify migrations, and bidirectional syncs.

AI Content

Generate descriptions, translations, and SEO content. Includes content generation for new products, SEO optimization, and multi-language translation.

Data Cleanup

Pricing, inventory, and data quality. Includes sale setup, price adjustments, post-import cleanup, and bulk category assignment.

Notifications

Alerts, reports, and integrations. Includes import alerts, daily summaries, team standups, and webhook integrations.
Click a category tab to filter the template grid. Each category tab shows a count of available templates.

Filter by Difficulty

Every template has a difficulty rating to help you choose workflows that match your experience level:
DifficultyWhat to ExpectSetup Time
BeginnerMinimal configuration, ready to use in minutes. Simple 2-3 node workflows.1-3 minutes
IntermediateRequires some configuration, such as choosing integrations or setting up filters.3-10 minutes
AdvancedComplex workflows with multiple branches, API integrations, or detailed configuration.10-15 minutes
If you are new to automations, start with a beginner template to get familiar with how workflows are structured. You can always add more complexity later.

Previewing a Template

Click any template card to expand it and see more details:
  • Workflow steps — A visual preview showing each node in the workflow and how they connect, from trigger to final action
  • Tags — Keywords that describe what the template does and which integrations it involves
  • Estimated setup time — How long the template typically takes to configure

Using a Template

1

Select the template

Click a template card to expand it and review its workflow steps.
2

Click Use This Template

Click the Use This Template button at the bottom of the expanded card. This opens the visual builder with the template pre-loaded.
3

Configure the nodes

Click each node to review and adjust its settings. The builder shows which nodes are fully configured (green checkmark) and which still need attention (amber settings icon).
4

Save your automation

Once all nodes are configured, give your automation a name and save it.
Applying a template creates a new automation — it does not modify the original template. You can use the same template multiple times to create different variations.

Customizing Templates

After applying a template, you can modify it freely in the visual builder: add or remove nodes, reconfigure settings, swap triggers, or create parallel branches. Templates are starting points — adjust them to match your exact workflow.
Some templates reference specific integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce, Lightspeed, etc.). Make sure you have connected the relevant integration in your Settings before using these templates, or reconfigure the nodes to use a different integration.
