Overview

The Integrations settings page gives you a centralized view of all platform connections and sync options for your project. From here you can manage which platforms receive your product data and how updates are delivered.
You must select a project from the project switcher before you can view Integration settings.

Connected Platforms

This section shows the status of your platform integrations. Click Manage to navigate to the full Integrations page, where you can:
  • Connect new e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento 2, WooCommerce, and more).
  • Configure sync mappings between WISEPIM fields and platform fields.
  • View connection status and resolve sync issues.
  • Disconnect platforms you no longer use.
1

Navigate to Integrations

Click the Manage button next to “Platform Integrations” to open the dedicated integrations page.
2

Connect a Platform

Select the platform you want to connect, enter your API credentials, and follow the setup wizard.
3

Configure Field Mappings

Map your WISEPIM product fields to the corresponding fields on the connected platform.

Auto-Sync

When auto-sync is enabled, WISEPIM automatically pushes product updates to your connected platforms whenever you save changes to a product. Toggle Enable Auto-Sync to activate or deactivate this behavior.
Auto-sync is ideal for teams that want their sales channels to always reflect the latest product data. If you prefer to review changes before pushing them, keep auto-sync disabled and use manual exports instead.
When auto-sync is enabled, any product change — including edits by team members — is immediately sent to connected platforms. Make sure your team is aware of this behavior to avoid pushing incomplete updates.

Webhooks

Webhooks let external systems receive real-time notifications when events occur in WISEPIM, such as:
  • A product being created, updated, or deleted.
  • A sync operation completing or failing.
  • A bulk import finishing.
Webhook configuration is coming soon. This feature is under active development and will be available in a future update.
When available, you will be able to:
  • Add custom webhook endpoints (URLs).
  • Select which events trigger notifications.
  • View delivery logs and retry failed deliveries.
  • Test webhooks before going live.
