Overview

The Account settings page lets you manage the personal information tied to your WISEPIM account. You can update your name and email address at any time.

Updating Your Profile

Open Account settings

Navigate to Settings > Account, or click the Account card on the Settings hub.

Edit your name

Update your First Name and Last Name fields. This name is used in emails and throughout the platform wherever your identity is displayed.

Update your email

Change the Email Address field to update the email associated with your account. This is also your login identifier.

Save your changes

A save bar appears at the bottom of the page when you have unsaved changes. Click Save to persist your updates, or Undo to revert to the previous values.

Your username is derived from your email address and cannot be changed independently. Updating your email will update your username as well.
Changing your email address affects your login credentials. Make sure you have access to the new email before saving.
