How to use it
Select products
Check the products you want to update, or use filters and select all matching results.
Open Bulk Edit and choose Update Status
Click Bulk Edit, then search for “Update Status” or find it under Attributes & Custom Fields.
Configuration options
Product status
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Active | Product is live and visible |
| Inactive | Product is hidden from customers |
| Pending | Product is awaiting review or approval |
| Archived | Product is removed from active catalog but retained for records |
Review status
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Unreviewed | Product data has not been reviewed |
| Reviewed | Product data has been reviewed and approved |
Tips
- Use this to bulk-archive discontinued products — filter by a discontinued flag or category, then set status to Archived.
- Set products to Pending after a bulk import to flag them for review before making them active.
- Combine with the review status to track which products have been quality-checked after enrichment.
