To integrate WISEPIM with your Lightspeed store, you need to generate API credentials and configure the connection in WISEPIM.

Generate API Credentials

  1. Log in to your Lightspeed admin panel
  2. Navigate to Apps in the main menu
  3. Find or search for WISEPIM in the app store
  4. Click Install and follow the authorization prompts
  5. After authorization, you will receive:
    • API Key
    • API Secret
Keep these credentials safe as you will need them in the next step.

Add API Keys to WISEPIM

  1. Log in to your WISEPIM account
  2. Go to Settings > Integrations
  3. Select Lightspeed from the available platforms
  4. Enter your API credentials:
    • API Key: Your Lightspeed API key
    • API Secret: Your Lightspeed API secret
    • Store URL: Your Lightspeed store URL
  5. Click Test Connection to verify your credentials
  6. If the connection is successful, click Save
Keep your API keys secure and never share them publicly. If you suspect your keys have been compromised, regenerate them from your Lightspeed admin panel.
